Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Paratis purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email ssvasudev80@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and the item is received back, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
